Care Task Doula is an in-person support service, based out of Baltimore City, MD. Services range from organizing projects, recurring life task support, and transitional support.

Support is often daily tasks like taking out trash/recycling, light tidying, small organization projects to increase functionality/accessibility, perform repetitive tasks (fold laundry, lifting/moving items, etc…

everyone goes through multiple transitions in a lifetime. Moving, family building, and death tend to be the most thought of transitions. It can also look like post-surgery
